Welcome to The Gentle Collective. We are happy you found us! The Gentle Collective is a peer-run support group that will share wellness ideas and positivity for people living with a chronic illness. 

Living with chronic illness can feel isolating and oftentimes we can feel “unheard” and “unseen”. We hope that this group will give people a voice in a non judgment place of harmony. We will give space for discussion, questions and mindfulness. On occasion, there will be a guest speaker to share their knowledge with you. 

We will post our blog bi-weekly with some topics and ideas. In addition to our blog posts, we have a monthly support group that meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 – 7:00 PM EST.

If you are interested, fill out the “contact us” form and we’ll email you the support group and Facebook group information. We hope that you will come and meet us at the meeting, sharing how we all ‘cope’ while juggling life living with a chronic illness. 

We are here to support and build a community of positivity. Our blog posts will be filled with uplifting topics and things that we have found helpful along our chronic illness journey.
